How SkipTheQ Works?

Step 1

Get Informed

You may come across information about SkipTheQ through our posters displayed around the hospital or by being informed directly by our pharmacy staff.

Step 2

Scan the QR Code

Look for the SkipTheQ QR code on our posters or brochures.
Scan: Use your smartphone camera or a QR code scanner app to scan the code.

Step 3

Visit the website

Website Access: The QR code will direct you to the SkipTheQ website.
Booking Options: You can choose to book an appointment online through our website or via WhatsApp.

Step 4.1

Book Your Appointment Online

Click “Book Online Now” Button and Follow the on-screen instructions to book your appointment.
Details Required: You will need to provide your personal details, medication information, and preferred appointment date.

Step 4.2

Or book via WhatsApp

If you choose to book via WhatsApp, Click the “Book via WhatsApp” button. Then follow your hospital card to the number your area connected to and your details will be captured by an admin personel on the backend.

Step 5

Receive Your Reference Number

After completing your booking, you will be issued a unique reference number. A confirmation email with your appointment details and reference number will be sent to you.

Step 6

Preparation by Pharmacy Staff

Pharmacy staff will generate a patient list two days before the collection date. Your prescription will then be prepared and ready for pickup on the scheduled date.

Step 7

Collect Your Medication

Arrive at the Kalafong Hospital OPD Pharmacy at your scheduled time and head over to Window 6. Show your reference number to the pharmacy staff to collect your medication within 15 minutes or less.
